Yes, a commission is charged when a property is successfully sold. For properties valued below 10 million (1 crore), a 2% commission is applied (one side). For properties above 10 million, a reduced commission of 1% is applied. If a dealer subscribes to our premium package, commission terms may vary or be reduced depending on the selected plan.

If more than one dealer is involved in a property transaction, the commission is shared between them based on mutual agreement. In most cases, the commission is divided equally (50/50), but the final distribution depends on the role and contribution of each dealer in closing the deal. SaibanHub does not interfere in internal commission splits between dealers unless specified in the agreement.
If a property is sold directly through SaibanHub without the involvement of a dealer, SaibanHub reserves the right to charge commission from both parties (buyer and seller). The applicable commission rates will be based on the property value as per our standard commission policy.
